TERMS

CueBeeTerms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

In short: By creating an account or using CueBee, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, including that CueBee sends your voice and conversation content to third-party AI services to work.

These terms are an agreement between you and FITMI LABS LIMITED ("FITMI," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates CueBee. They apply to CueBee on every platform: the iPhone and iPad app, the Android app, the computer apps and cuebee.ca.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use CueBee, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

2. What CueBee does

CueBee listens when you start a session, transcribes and translates speech, and offers AI suggestions, answers and summaries. Features, limits and supported platforms may change, and some features may be offered as previews.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice, such as legal, medical or financial advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you say and do with CueBee's help.

Don't rely on CueBee in emergencies, or as a certified interpreter where a mistake could cause serious harm, such as in medical, legal or official settings.

3. AI processing

To transcribe, translate, speak replies and make suggestions, CueBee sends your voice and conversation content to third-party AI services. You agree to this when you sign in. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent, to whom, and why.

You can withdraw this agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings. CueBee's AI features cannot work without it.

4. Recording other people

Laws on recording, transcribing and analyzing conversations differ from place to place, and some require everyone's consent. You are responsible for getting any consent you need and for following the rules of wherever you use CueBee, such as a workplace, school or exam.

5. Your content

You own what you put into CueBee, such as audio, transcripts, notes, files and questions, and the output CueBee creates for you. You permit FITMI to store, process and transmit that content only to run CueBee for you, including through the providers named in our Privacy Policy.

Only add content you have the right to use. You can delete sessions in the app or delete your account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use CueBee to break the law, to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or to record people where that isn't allowed.

Don't use CueBee to cheat or get help where it is prohibited, such as in exams, tests and certifications, or in interviews, assessments and competitions whose rules forbid outside help or AI tools. It is up to you to check the rules before you use it.

Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of CueBee, resell it, create fake or duplicate accounts, abuse invites, rewards or free hours, or access other people's accounts or data.

We may suspend or close accounts that do any of these things.

7. Plans and payments

Some features need a paid plan or time pack. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy.

Purchases made in an app store, such as the App Store or Google Play, are handled by that store under its terms, including refunds; manage or cancel them in your store account. Purchases on cuebee.ca are processed by our payment provider; manage or cancel them in your account on cuebee.ca.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your current period stays active until it ends. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

8. CueBee's software and brand

CueBee's apps, website, design and brand belong to FITMI and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CueBee under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve CueBee without any obligation to you.

9. App stores

If you got CueBee from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and FITMI, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. FITMI, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also follow the App Store Usage Rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got CueBee from another store or download, that store's terms also apply to your download and purchases.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using CueBee and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering CueBee; where we can, we will tell you first. The sections on your content, CueBee's software and brand, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

CueBee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, FITMI makes no warranties, express or implied, including that CueBee will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FITMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities or goodwill. FITMI's total liability for any claim relating to CueBee is limited to the greater of what you paid for CueBee in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

If someone brings a claim against FITMI because of your content, or because you used CueBee in breach of these terms or the law (for example, by recording a conversation without the consent the law requires, or by using it in an interview whose rules forbid AI help), you agree to cover FITMI's resulting reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CueBee changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. If you keep using CueBee after that, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or CueBee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
