Translation, Wingman and Interview Pass time each have their own balance of hours.
Buying a plan charges its full price today — there’s no proration. Each purchase keeps its own hours until they end, and the hours that end soonest are used first.
All prices in United States dollars (USD). Plans renew automatically; the Interview Pass is a single payment. Change or cancel a plan anytime from your account.

Good to know
A few little details.
What happens to my hours when I upgrade?
Nothing is lost. The new plan’s hours are added today, and the hours you already bought stay until their own end date — they’re used first because they end sooner. Your old plan stops renewing, so from then on you’re only charged for the new one.
What if I want a cheaper plan?
A cheaper plan starts when your current one renews, so nothing is charged early and you keep everything you’ve paid for until then. You can change your mind any time before the renewal date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. In your account, open “Need help?” on the purchase and request a refund. You get back the unused share of months that haven’t ended yet. We review every request within 2 days. The Interview Pass can’t be refunded here; email us and we’ll help.
What changes with quarterly billing?
You pay for three months at a time. Your chosen plan and monthly Translation and Wingman allowances stay the same. The quarterly price shows the full three-month total.
How do the two balances work?
Translation hours are used for Translation. Wingman hours are used for Wingman. The two balances are tracked separately, rather than combined into one pool.
Do all plans include both features?
Lite, Pro and Super include Translation and Wingman. Translate and Translate Plus include Translation only, without read-aloud. The Interview Pass works only in Wingman’s interview mode and mock practice.
Can I use Wingman with a translation plan?
No. Translate and Translate Plus include Translation hours only. For Wingman, choose Lite, Pro or Super; the Wingman hours a new account gets still work as usual.
Can I use the Interview Pass in regular Wingman?
No, only in interview mode and mock practice. Other Wingman conversations use your Wingman hours.
What happens when an Interview Pass expires?
A pass ends 7 days after you buy it, together with any time and premium answers left on it. Nothing is charged again. Need more? Buy another: the time adds up, and the pass that ends first is used first. Without a pass, interview mode uses your Wingman hours.
What else does each plan include?
Besides the hours, each plan includes a monthly number of Ask CueBee questions, persona generations, and translation contexts, plus a number of Wingman Ask AI questions per hour. Wingman's spoken suggestions are part of its hours. Monthly counts reset on the 1st (UTC). Upgrading raises them right away and keeps what you have already used.
What can I do without a plan?
A new account gets 3 hours of Wingman and 3 hours of Translation, once. Every month you also get 10 Ask CueBee questions, 5 persona generations, and 3 translation contexts, and up to 20 Ask AI questions an hour.
Does reading translations aloud use more time?
Yes. While Translation reads its translations aloud, it uses your Translation hours twice as fast. Translate and Translate Plus don’t include read-aloud.
